i. Lead times

All our pieces are entirely made by hand, therefore lead times can vary. All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship.  Each piece is estimated to ship within the lead time specified on its respective product page. Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times that are only estimates.  Made-to-order pieces ship within approximately 3 to 6 weeks of purchase. In-stock pieces ship within approximately 2-3 business days of purchase. While we aim to ship your order within the lead time stated on the product page, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. If you wish to check on the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@iseira.com. We are always happy to assist and we will always keep you informed.

ii. Multiple Lead Times

If you place a single order for multiple pieces with different lead times, your order will ship when the entire order is completed and ready for shipment, typically within the latest estimated lead time of all items in your order. If you prefer certain pieces in your order to be shipped as they become available before your entire order is complete, please contact us at info@iseira.com to make special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping fees will apply.

iii. Shipping

All orders are custom packaged with exceptional care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (“UPS”) or FedEx.  We offer complimentary shipping on jewelry within the contiguous United States. 

All packages will be insured and require a signature for delivery. 

iv. International Shipping

For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.  i seira is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

v. Studio Pick-Up

If you wish to collect your order from our studio instead of receiving it via shipment, please email us at info@iseira.com to arrange a pick-up date and time. Please also take note of our studio hours for your reference.

vi. Returns

All sales on iseira.com are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@iseira.com. We are more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email info@iseira.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.

vii. Exchanges

We only accept exchanges on in-stock items. Our bespoke pieces and made-to-order items are non-returnable, non-refundable items.

viii. Bespoke Orders

Some pieces in our collections may be customized. This can include changes in ring size, chain lengths, type of stone etc. These types of alterations would be considered a bespoke order. Bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable and require a deposit of 50% of the total price. Bespoke orders may take up to 12 weeks to create depending on the production schedule. We will ensure transparent and efficient updates on the order timeline.
